★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homelife Guaranteed Realty, or Live Furnished as they are sometimes called, billed me for 4 hours of cleaning as they claimed that one bedroom had carpets that were in 'fair' condition. All other rooms and items the landlord deemed in 'good' condition.
Homelife Guaranteed Realty/Live Furnished provided a picture of the carpets in the bedroom in question and in my opinion it looks clean and freshly vacuumed. Moreover, it is not reasonable to expect the property to be left cleaner than when i moved in. Just after moving in, I found animal feces in all 3 bedrooms, a total of 5 pieces! Yes, animal poop. I informed the landlord of this, and nonetheless they deducted an unnecessary cleaning cost from my damage deposit. Giving a tenant a unit with animal feces is not professional to say the least. I never asked to be compensated financially for this. But to bill me for cleaning after I moved out after I left the place cleaner than when I moved in?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrific horrible experience with this company. Company is also under the names of Edmonton Furnished suites, live furnished. Do not purchase, rent or sell with this company. They are known for their shady ,dishonest deceitful business practices. They charge extra fees and once they receive payment they ignore ALL concerns unless they can make extra money from you. They want you to sign for an apartment before it is ready and without a lease agreement. My apartment was filled with fungus, various, mouse droppings exposed floor wires, and dirty dishes. They have you pay extra inventory fees of 250$ and provide you with dirty dishes broken items and non working inventory despite payment. They say suites are professionally cleaned yet mine filled with fungus, animal droppings dirty dishes and worst of all stained mattresses beyond belief. The company will lie and deny all issues. read the reviews do your research and stay away from this business. Company should be reported to Alberta health, Residential dispute services consumer protection and the better business bureau. More accountable honest companies exist do not rent with them see pictures for mattress insects
