C	Casey D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a night while moving my son into residence. It was really nice to have this option. It made everything so convenient and easy. The hotel room was very reasonably priced at $120 including parking. The room was clean, included a tv and wifi access as well as a Keurig. I found the bed to be quite comfortable. The shower had decent pressure. A/C would have been nice but at least there was a small fan. Oddly enough, there was no fan in the bathroom though. For the value and level of accommodations, we would definitely stay here again.

C	Cole Serediak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with MacEwan residence, I stayed at residence while going to NAIT for 2 month of technical training, I applied to stay online and I got a confirmation but when I showed up to move in the front desk had no idea who I was or that I was moving in, I'm 2 hours out of edmonton so had all of my stuff in the lobby and had to wait to get a key for a room. When I finally got a key I took all my stuff up the elevator to they room just to find out they told me the wrong room number, had to go back down to the lobby and get the correct room number, again lugging all of my stuff to move in all over residence. Later in my stay I tried to pay for my time there but was told my account was at $0 and there was no need to pay, I asked again when I moved out and got the same awnser. About 6 months later I get an e-mail stating that I am being sent into collections and will be reported to the credit bureau. The front desk seems very disorganized and unable to assist the residences, I got in contact with someone who was able to help me but still doesn't change the fact I'm very disappointed in residence especially considering I had a family member have a similar experience of the disorganization there
T	Tim Zoe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price for two bedroom dorm is pricey, mattress is terrible, and internet connection is okay-ish (connection issues, limited speed). Dorm room have one microwave, no oven, stove top only, limited cutting space, great maintenance service, good services (game room, theatre, wellness center, etc).
J	Julian Craig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the closes thing to hell I've ever experienced. The prices are outrageous for what you're getting, the staff were undeniably rude this year. They added an absurd charge where if you get locked out of your room they charge you 25 to get back in. And you have to give that key back and at worst they had to ride the elevator up to unlock it for you or you'd come down get the key, and give it back still costed 25 bucks. They set up a tiny window of opportunity to review your damages in your room so that they can charge you for damage that was already there. There are much better places to live that'd also be a lot homey and cheaper. Seriously disappointed. What a rip-off.

It is nice because you meet people and it’s close to school, I spent most of my time practicing music (I was in the music program) in Campus, I would just use my room at Res to sleep and eat my meals.
