Great location in the upper village. Fan of the good sized outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Amble parking. Awesome front desk staff. Very welcoming. This was our 2nd stay

Nice accommodation on Blackcomb mountain. Rooms are spacious and cosy within easy reach of mountain.

Upon our arrival at 3:45 pm for check in scheduled at 4:00pm we were told our room was not ready yet. We were then told there was no parking and we would have to park a km down the road. After finding parking a km away we waited in a freezing cold vehicle for an hour and 45min as we waited to check in at 5:45pm. ( and hour and 45 min late) this had ruined our evening as we had dinner plans at 6:00pm and we’re unable to make them in time.

Ice machine didn’t work, AC didn’t work, no fridge in room although it was advertised. Says that there is pool towels available in hotel suite & extra towels/ linens available in suite also. Not true in either of our suites. staff told us to call the owner of the suite regarding no ice that was supposed to be available on 2nd floor by hotel…. My mom has a broken ankle and was dependent on having ice. Also brought coffee cream which i was willing to put in ice but unfortunately was not available. Will never stay here again! Better hotels available in the village for same price.

Check in was a disaster. We booked through Airbnb . When we arrived for check in at 4 we were told our room would be ready soon. An hour past by (5pm ) so we gave them a call still nothing. No parking for large trucks so they suggested we park in the village about 10 mins away from the hotel which is ridiculous. Terrible communication with the front desk and the owner of the suite from Airbnb

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I was told I would be getting a partial refund on the room (read below for why) and I’ve followed up 4 times and the company has ghosted me. We booked through booking.com and I guess this particular unit Is managed by Vacasa. The photos online when we booked were legit not even close to what the room looked like. When we walked in, I felt like I was catfished. The room was depressing, gloomy, in desperate need of a renovation. It looked like they got all the furniture for free off the side of the road (old scratched up and falling apart) and there was black mould all over the windows. I paid full price for this room (around $500 for two nights) This room is an absolute dump. The pictures speak for themselves. It’s worse than many motels or hostels I’ve ever stayed at and was extremely expensive. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT BOOK HERE!

Every review for a place like this is going to be different because each unit is owned by a different person who rents via air bnb etc. The ppl at the front desk then help you with the check in and get you settled. With that said, we had a great stay here. We booked last minute for a good price. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a pool and 2 hot tubs, space to store our skis and a bunch of friendly staff members who helped us with whatever we needed. The room wasn’t fancy but the price was right and the location is excellent when skiing blackcomb.

This is a longer review but please bear with me. First, we overall had a great experience and would return to this location. The front desk staff were so friendly. This lodge & suites all have independent owners. It is not a hotel. So, if you have any issues, you have to contact the owner of the suite, the front desk can't help you. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The location was perfect, close to nature trails and the gondola. Our room was clean, but we had issues with the plumbing. The kitchen and bathroom sink was severely backed up. When I went to the front desk to ask for help, they said they couldn't do anything but asked us to contact the owner. They did mention there was a plumber booked to come in... on the exact day we were leaving. On our last 24 hours there, the water was ice cold, and would not warm up. Again, we spent 80% of our days outside, so it wasn't that frustrating. I do recommend this place, and I just wanted to highlight potential scenarios other tourists may encounter.
