D	Dani Kobelka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to horror escapes and did the motel 66 room. The younger lady helping us was very nice. We had a great experience. It a little scary and had a good little jump scare. I read some other reviews that mention the room is small, the second room is pretty small. You get 5 hints which is a lot more then other exit rooms I have been to. To get the hints you hit a little screen in your room and select the thing you are to figure out and the hint will come up on the screen. You still have to figure it out, but helps you figure out the path to it. Unlike other exit rooms I have been to, they tell you the answers. We had one more thing we had to work on to figure out to escape, so unfortunately we died!
S	Serina Tirrel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my friends and I did two of their rooms a few months ago and it was SO much fun!! the puzzles were challenging which made it so satisfying to solve them, and the staff was really lovely! absolutely wonderful experience-- would definitely like to take a crack at the third room sometime!!

Was able to solve within the timeline and greatful to have experts on our team! Hint system was good and very responsive. Satisfying story and ending with plenty of fanfare for the escape. Wonderful staff, they really helped set the scene and engage! Would be excited to try another puzzle at Horror escape next time we are in Victoria!

Thank you guys for your kindness and all the effort you put into our experience. And super duper thank you to Jerry and Augusta for ensuring I felt safe the whole time and still confident after chickening out(: you ladies are amazing and I hope to visit again soon!!!!

The host did a great job at setting the stage, puzzles were very challenging—we were not successful to say the least. Totally worth checking out and great team building activity that only takes up to 45 minutes!

We ended up doing all three rooms available and had an absolute blast! All rooms provide a great degree of difficulty and are incredibly immersive! I also need to mention the fantastic staff who were working during our visit which was Jerry and Augusta they did a fantastic job explaining the rooms and with introductions to the rooms! Not to mention having easily some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at any escape rooms I've visited! They both absolutely made the visit ten times better and deserve nothing but praise for their dedication and hard work!

First time my friend and I went we were greeted by Augusta who from the start was a perfect host. Engaging, Energetic, their acting was so convincing and they were super welcoming! And when we returned a second time this past week they were just as cool! (Thanks for the card with our time on it! A great keep sake!) The rooms themselves are so well done and I would recommend anyone to try the Occult room 10/10!
E	Emma de Blois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience at Horror Escape! Myself and two friends did Motel 66 and found it perfectly thrilling and challenging. The host that checked us in and got us started, Augusta, was helpful, cheery and even got into character a bit to add to the creepy vibes as we entered the room. We survived the room in the nick of time and are set on coming back to try out the other two rooms. A great escape room is solvable (of course) but challenging enough to get the adrenaline pumping and to make you feel clever when you solve a puzzle. They absolutely achieved that. Best escape room I have ever done, with an easy reservation system, affordable pricing, and perfect customer service. Go give it a try! Seriously. I would give 6 stars if I could.
