★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just love Dr. Cindy and the staff at Horizon Dental. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and capable! I just had a cap redone and Dr. Cindy wasn’t happy with the one that was was ordered in, so she sent it back and got them to fix it. It fits great now and it’s just the right size for floss. So glad she knows what she is doing and has high expectations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids have been going here for years and they were so amazing.....
Then, we were not given a heads up that a quick and simple tooth extraction (not even necessary) was going to cost $150. When I tried to ask about this and that we are a low income family with 3 kids, I cried..... I was then told I was being aggressive. I asked if I could speak to someone else and was told they would pass my note on to Cindy Nagyl and she MAY call me back. I said it sounds like we should switch dentists and Jeanine (front office) said we should, so we will definitely be doing that.
No personal care unless you are happy to pay their high prices or have a lot of coverage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a new patient I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the facility and the professional, courteous and empathetic care delivered by "ALL" of the staff. Yes "ALL" of the staff. Treatments that I required were delivered promptly and professionally. Most definitely would recommend to any and all. Great work by great group of staff. Thank you!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 4 year old just had a cavity done in between her two front teeth. It looks amazing, can't even tell. Absolutely love this dental office and all the staff working there. They were so good with her, she wasn't nervous at all. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't mind getting charged for work they decide to do without consulting you this place is great. Not once have they ever given my a quote that was even close to the final bill. Plus you have to be one of the only places that requires 48 hours to cancel an appointment during covid. Give your head a shake. Enjoy the cancel feel it will be the last dollar you get from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I have tried other dentistries, but nothing compares to the way Horizon made me feel at ease. From the minute you walk in they make you feel comfortable. The dental hygienist was super friendly and helped calm me down. My dentist Doug was very knowledgeable, and I got a sense he wasn't out to squeeze every penny out of me! I highly recommend Horizon dental!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Dr Cindy Nagel and the team at Horizon since I think 2019, maybe longer. I have a great deal of dental anxiety and have had several negative experiences with previous dentists. I have required a great deal of dental work over the past several years and I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through it without the support of this dental office. Their entire team is extremely competent, I always feel included and educated in the decisions being made about my teeth. I have switched insurance plans numerous times over the years and the team at Horizon has always been cooperative and considerate with accommodating my insurance and my budget. Their team responds to questions quickly. I always feel super comfortable in the chair and have found that I have little to no dental anxiety anymore because I am so confident in how all of my procedures have gone here. I have recommended Horizon to several of my family members who are now also patients of Cindy's. I couldn't recommend them more. I am very grateful for how much Cindy and her team has done for me and my teeth.
