★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Village Lane Dentists for around 15 years. I switched from another practice in Okotoks which wasn’t a good fit for me. The staff have always been amazing and my huge fear of having any dental work has been solved. Dr. Otto and his wonderful assistants have been amazing. The hygienist is also wonderful and I am sad to hear that Wendy is retiring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! Have not been to a dentist in years, I phone and a lovely woman answered the phone and walked me through everything and got me book. This might just be luck but I got in , in less than a week for a cleaning the a few days later I got my filling. The doctor and hygienists were kind and professional. I didn't know if I would be able to afford a night guard until my bennifits let's me know, and at no time did I feel pressured or looked down on for refusing one until I know. The reception staff also get 5 stars because they were so polite and kind. I can't get over how amazing this experience was and bonus points that the entire office was immaculate, everything was clean and shinny! 10/10 would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my dentist for years, you know a dentist is never fun, at least not for me, and most others I'm assuming. But, as far as dentists and hygienists go I can't complain. They try to make you as comfortable as possible, they do seem to be very patient and understand that some people just don't want to be at the Dentists office. :-) We all learn to deal with it and get the work done that needs doing.

Shannon - helpful and accommodating, speaks with a smile on the phone.
Front desk staff - Lindsay and her colleagues, consistently very friendly, attentive, warm and helpful. I have been a patient since the 1990s, keep up the excellent service. THANK YOU ALL!

I feel comfortable and relaxed when I need to undergo some procedures. And even if I have to drive to another city, I will do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Otto is the best dentist I have ever been to. Yesterday he fixed a problem tooth that I had been suffering with. It is great now! And He did it so painlessly! As usual. He always fixes my teeth without the discomfort I usually experience. His staff are so friendly and helpful too. And the cost is so much better than other dentists. Excellent dentist!

Village Lane Dental is absolutely incredible and a blessing to our family. You’re greeted by two lovely ladies who have a great sense of humour and then the hygienist’s go above and beyond.
