★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai appelé cette clinique car, mon chien ne va vraiment pas bien et tous ce que la personne me dit est qu'ils ne veulent pas le voir et de voir avec une autre clinique. Donc si vous avez une urgence ne perdez pas votre temps à appeler à cette clinique car, vous risquez d'être très déçu et même peut-être choqué. Si je comprends bien, ils font assez d'argent pour refuser des clients. Plus jamais je ne ferai affaire avec cette clinique. Je ne recommande pas.
 I called this clinic because, my dog is really not doing well and all the person tells me is that they don't want to see him and see him at another clinic. So if you have an emergency don't waste your time calling this clinic because you might be very disappointed and maybe even shocked. If I understand correctly, they are making enough money to turn away customers. I will never do business with this clinic again. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous attendions pour un rendez vous le 24 décembre pour un rendez vous pour notre chiot qui a des ascaris, vers qui se transmet aux autres animaux et à l’humain. Le 28 décembre j’appelle pour dire que c’est mon conjoint qui va y aller car je crois avoir attrapé ces vers et on me réponds que je dois passer un test de COVID car mes symptômes sont les mêmes que la COVID. Je n’ai fais aucun party des fêtes et vu personne par précaution. Là j’ai 4 chats et 1 chien dont je ne peux faire vermifuger car ils doivent voir le chien pour que se soit une pratique légale pourtant ils pouvaient donner un vermifuge au chats dans les voir juste avec leurs poids. Donc au final, on se retrouve avec des animaux qui ne peuvent se faire soigner. Puis je suis cliente là depuis des années. Extrêmement insatisfaite, mauvais service et pas capable de s’adapter à la situation de COVID et préfère laisser les animaux souffrir.
We were waiting for a date on December 24th for an appointment for our puppy who has roundworms, which are transmitted to other animals and to humans. On December 28, I called to say that my partner is going to go because I think I have caught these worms and I am told that I must take a COVID test because my symptoms are the same as COVID. I didn't do any holiday parties or see anyone as a precaution. There I have 4 cats and 1 dog which I cannot get dewormed because they have to see the dog for it to be a legal practice yet they could give cats dewormer just by looking at them with their weight. So in the end, we end up with animals that cannot be treated. Then I have been a client there for years. Extremely dissatisfied, poor service and unable to adjust to the COVID situation and would rather let the animals suffer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gratitude à Kim Lacroix et son équipe pour nous avoir accompagné moi et ma fille à l occasion de l euthanasie de mon chat Lupin. Dès notre arrivée, la technicienne est venue à notre rencontre, ce que j ai beaucoup apprécié, ce petit geste m a évité d avoir à passer par le comptoir de service et expliquer devant tout le monde la raison de notre visite. Puis la technicienne nous à dirigé dans une pièce où tout s est déroulé dans le plus grand respect. Merci ???
Gratitude to Kim Lacroix and her team for accompanying me and my daughter on the occasion of the euthanasia of my cat Lupin. As soon as we arrived, the technician came to meet us, which I really appreciated, this small gesture saved me from having to go through the service counter and explain in front of everyone the reason for our visit. Then the technician directed us to a room where everything was done with the utmost respect. Thank you ???
