Excellent accueil et excellent service! Much larger than you would expect from the outside. Very clean, lots of items for all pets! Excellent welcome and excellent service!

Oh et un beau bonjour en entrant ! Beautiful place ! Large and a lot of item! As the Name indicates especially dog and cat on the other hand. Bird too. Less for rodents and marsupials. Oh and a nice hello on entering!

Peu d'animaux sur place sauf oiseaux, mais belle ambiance. Very good customer service. The cashier knows the products well and suggested me well for my rabbit. Few animals on site except birds, but nice atmosphere.

Employés dévoués et toujours emplie de joies et d'excellents conseils. Je recommande fortement! Very warm welcome, courteous and passionate employees, only recommend what will be best suited to the animal's needs, for its health, safety and well-being. Quality products of good variety. Possibility of having access to sachets of food for free by opening an account. Dedicated employees and always full of joys and excellent advice. I highly recommend!
A	Alicia Couture-Pineau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La propriétaire m'a vendu un bébé insépsrable de 5 semaines et une cage non-adaptée (il à réussit à passer au travers des barreaux) en animalerie et il est mort après 3 jours chez moi... Parce qu'il n'était pas sevré et ne pouvais pas manger seul... (À savoir que le temps de sevrage d'un inséparable est de 7 à 10 semaines et que le propriétaire doit s'assurer qu'il mange seul depuis au moins 7 jours)... Bref j'ai demandé remboursement elle n'as pas voulu et disait qu'elle pourrait m'en DONNER un autre quand elle en aurait... Entre temps j'ai mentionner que j'allais quand même regarder ailleurs au cas où qu'elle me rembourse et que j'allais la garder en Plan B si j ene trouvais rien... Bah madame l'as pris personnel et quand elle à eu des bébés inséparable elle était frustrée donc n'as voulu m'en donner un finalement mais m'en vendre un... Minimum 100 (prix de l'oiseau:150)... Bref... Je n'acheterai plus mes animaux là bas. Sinon ils ont beaucoup de stock ils sont bien équipés je continue d'acheter mes fournitures là bas! Première photo à 3 semaines et deuxième deux semaines plus tard The owner sold me a 5 week old inseparable baby and an unsuitable cage (he managed to get through the bars) in a pet store and he died after 3 days at my house ... not weaned and could not eat on their own ... (Namely, the weaning time of a lovebird is 7-10 weeks and the owner should make sure they have been eating alone for at least 7 days). In short, I asked for a refund she did not want and said that she could GIVE me another one when she had one ... In the meantime I mentioned that I was still going to look elsewhere just in case that 'she reimburses me and that I was going to keep her in Plan B if I could find nothing ... Well madam took it personal and when she had inseparable babies she was frustrated so did not want to give me one finally but to sell me one ... Minimum 100 (price of the bird: 150) ... Anyway ... I will no longer buy my animals there. Otherwise they have a lot of stock they are well equipped I continue to buy my supplies there! First photo at 3 weeks and second two weeks later
