I received excellent service at home to euthanize my twenty two year old 7 month old chihuahua not sick. Very gatiguee looking for a racoin to leave therefore part in his things without stress. No doubts in my arms when receiving beaks part like an angel thanks to the team moments that I will never forget and also the reception of your card with exceptional attention for my owl with animal procain. Ils prennent même le temps de prendre des nouvelles quelques jours plus tard à savoir si tout va bien ! Je recommande cette clinique à tout ceux qui veulent bien prendre soin de leur animal de compagnie!
The staff are attentive to needs and really knowledgeable! They take good care of our loved ones and give us good advice. They even take the time to check in a few days later to see if everything is going well! I recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to take good care of their pet!

Je croyais avoir été dans des cliniques "low stress" avant, mais je n'avais rien vu, finalement!
Dès notre entrée en salle, on voit un petit coin douillet, avec un matelas de yoga sous une couverture douce, installé sur un plancher impeccablement propre. Entre ensuite Dre Binette, souriante, qui n'hésite pas une seule seconde pour s'accroupir et faire l'examen au sol, là où le chien est plus confortable.
Dre Binette a pris tout le temps nécessaire pour que ma chienne hypersensible et incertaine se fasse évaluer. Jamais elle ne s'est montrée impatiente ou insistante. Au contraire!
J'ai aussi eu droit à quelque chose que je n'ai que rarement ailleurs : TOUS les employés ont pris au sérieux chaque chose que je disais sur ma chienne.
Lorsque j'ai expliqué que je devais entraîner chaque manipulation, on n'a pas hésité à me donner une seringue qui allait être utilisée à un prochain rendez-vous pour injecter un médicament oral.
Et ceci est sans compter le fait qu'on nous a chaleureusement accueillies avec ma chienne, lorsque j'allais faire des visites positives. Les employés nous attendaient à la réception, avec des gâteries et leur bonne humeur à chaque fois! Résultat: ma chienne aime déjà cet endroit et cela diminue considérablement son stress!
Et j'oubliais : en prime, les prix sont très raisonnables.
Décidément, je recommande cette clinique sans hésitation et, pour ma part, j'ai l'intention d'y devenir une cliente fidèle.

I thought I had been in "low stress" clinics before, but I hadn't seen anything, after all!
As soon as we enter the room, we see a cozy little corner, with a yoga mattress under a soft blanket, installed on an immaculately clean floor. Then enters Dre Binette, smiling, who does not hesitate a single second to squat and do the examination on the ground, where the dog is more comfortable.
Dr. Binette took all the time necessary for my hypersensitive and uncertain dog to be evaluated. She has never been impatient or insistent. On the contrary!
I also had the right to something that I rarely get elsewhere: ALL employees took seriously every thing I said about my dog.
When I explained that I had to practice each manipulation, they did not hesitate to give me a syringe that was going to be used at a next appointment to inject an oral medication.
And this is without counting the fact that we were warmly welcomed with my dog, when I was going to make positive visits. The employees were waiting for us at the reception, with treats and their good humor every time! Result: my dog already loves this place and it considerably reduces her stress!
And I forgot: as a bonus, the prices are very reasonable.
Definitely, I recommend this clinic without hesitation and, for my part, I intend to become a loyal customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorsque je suis arrivée en salle avec Lounik, elle avait déjà une petite serviette sur laquelle elle a pu s'installer confortablement. Pour le peu d'attente que j'ai eu, on m'a offert un délicieux chocolat chaud, qui m'a permis d'être détendue avec mon chien.
Lorsque Dre Binette est entrée en salle, elle a pris le temps et la quantité de nourriture nécessaire afin que Lounik reste confortable.
Lounik étant un chien craintif avec les étrangers, ça a fait TOUTE la différence ?

When I arrived in the dining room with Lounik, she already had a small towel on which she could settle down comfortably. For the little wait I had, I was offered a delicious hot chocolate, which allowed me to be relaxed with my dog.
When Dr. Binette entered the room, she took the time and the amount of food necessary to keep Lounik comfortable.
Lounik being a fearful dog with strangers, it made ALL the difference ?
