★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'adore aller Au Fin Museau, le personnel est courtois et qualifié, j'ai toujours les conseils et les ressources adéquates pour bien éduquer mon chien. Point de vu matériel, ils ont tout font j'ai besoin.Et que dire du toilettage, mon chien adore aller se faire dorloter Au Fin Museau, et quand il sort, il est vraiment doux et il sens bon et il perd Bcp moins de poil. Je vous recommande mon animalerie préférée :)
I love going to Au Fin Museau, the staff are courteous and qualified, I always have the right advice and resources to properly educate my dog. Material point of view, they have done everything I need.And what to say about the grooming, my dog loves going to be pampered at Au Fin Muzzle, and when he comes out, he is really soft and he smells good and he loses Bcp less than hair. I recommend my favorite pet store :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai apporté mon chat pour un toilettage et malheureusement ils n'ont pas pu le faire. J'ai déjà fait tondre mon chat à plusieurs reprises et je n'ai jamais eu de problème. Elle n'aime vraiment pas se faire peigner, mais n'ayant pas de griffes, elle n'est pas très menaçante.
Je comprend qu'on peut parfois avoir des difficultés avec un animal, donc dans un cas comme celui-ci, on peut avertir la personne de cette situation et demander au propriétaire de venir chercher l'animal.
Pourtant, après une heure, j'ai dû apeller pour avoir des nouvelles et c'est à ce moment qu'on m'a averti que le toilettage n'avait pas été possible.
Mon chat est donc resté seul, dans sa cage tout ce temps.
C'est déplorable...

I understand that we can sometimes have difficulties with an animal, so in a case like this, we can warn the person of this situation and ask the owner to come and pick up the animal.
However, after an hour, I had to call for news and it was then that I was warned that grooming had not been possible.
My cat was therefore left alone, in his cage all this time.
It's deplorable ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'y suis allé pour faire couper les griffes de mes chiens le samedi après-midi. Le commis cette journée là n'était pas des plus enthousiaste. On ne m'a pas permis de laisser mes chiens, j'ai du attendre qu'il finisse. Il a fait le minimum. Les griffes auraient pu être coupées plus courtes. Peut-être qu'à un autre moment, j'aurais été mieux servi.
I went there to have my dogs' claws cut on Saturday afternoon. The clerk that day was not the most enthusiastic. I was not allowed to leave my dogs, I had to wait for it to finish. He did the minimum. The claws could have been cut shorter. Maybe at another time I would have been better served.
