HORRIBLE COMPANY. I purchased a dress and skirt here in December. The dress looked ok in the store and the shop girls convinced me to buy it. When I got home and tried it on, I was really unhappy with it so I decided to go back and exchange it for something else 2 days later. When I tried to exchange, I was told that they did not exchange or refund dresses. After looking at the receipt carefully, it did in fact say it. However, I feel like a zero return/exchange policy is something that should CLEARLY be stated before a product is sold. At NO POINT, did anyone tell me this, nor was there any clear sign indicating this. Had I known, I might not have purchased the dress but I suppose that is their intention. I emailed my concerns about the policy to Honey’s customer service to gave some suggestions (that they at least inform customers as part of their policy) and three months later I have yet to receive any reply. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. DO NOT SHOP AT HONEY. I will not be shopping at any of their locations in the future.

This company does not deserved anyone $$$. Terrible customer service. We are in a pandemic ? and I’ve ordered items for my birthday in my regular sizes yet one is too small & the other too big. I’ve emailed customer service & called twice to speak to manager, no one cares, all they do is quote their return policy of sales items are final. I can understand if I was in store or months has passed since my order, all wanted was a size exchange. The manager at bayview village just kept apologizing & made it clear there is nothing they can do. I will never buy not one item from honey as this is morally wrong. You can’t expect some one to keep items that does not fit. I hope they all sleep well robbing people with ridiculous return policy.

the worst customer experience for a franchise, the manager is the worst brown lady as she is the owner ? don't go here but anywhere else promise some thing then don't do it wont last here

I bought a skirt and top from this store on the day of my birthday. On getting home and wearing the skirt my friends noticed some tears on the skirt and it happened because the sales associate only used one wrapping paper for the packaging rather than two. I had to look for something else to wear for my party. Imagine the disappointment. I took the skirt back today and explained everything to the manager and she was rude about it not helpful. Despite taking the same top and placing it on the skirt to show how their packaging damaged the skirt. She kept saying she wouldn’t have packed it like that when she wasn’t even the one who attended to me on the day or was even working on the day I bought it. I wasted $85 for a skirt I can’t wear anywhere. This store location as really bad customer service. Don’t waste your time go to Yorkdale honey

Horrible customer service. The girls working there kept pushing me to try dresses I didn't even like. Once I said a firm no, they snatched them out of my hands and said bye while I was still by the fitting rooms, then completely ignored me for the rest of my time there. As if they got mad that I don't want to buy overpriced clothing that I don't even like. After that experience I never go into the store again. Also, their clothing is very bad quality and I don't know how come they're not out of business already.

I haven’t physically visit the store yet but I just phoned them to check inventory. The lady who helped me on the phone was very helpful! I didn’t catch her name. But really appreciate for her help and pointing for which store has my size.

Customer service isn’t the best. The girls working there are a little mean and very pushy for me to buy the dresses on sale. I was asking when the sale is until and she was telling me I should buy it today because they will run out of sizes. I asked again when the sale will last until and she was saying that everything will be bought into the new year and I should buy it now. She didn’t answer my question and she was very pushy on me buying it.

Horrible customer service. They don’t know their own return policy or how to issue refunds. Clothing quality is nothing short of being directly from alliexpress, low quality. I will never visit this location and will go out of my way to avoid it at all costs. Made my shopping and return experience costly, time consuming and prevented me from purchasing another product in store from how rude and strange the customer service Is. Wish I could give it 0 stars. AVOID
