J	J Lyon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful experience to have someone actually help you, I don't ask anyone for help anymore here in many business locations... they usually don't want to be bothered, however, today, I stood looking at what I was not sure I needed, and this lovely woman came and helped me. She was smart, kind and just overall very human. I left the store feeling like someone cared and wanted to share their wealth of knowledge and experiences with me, changed my entire day. Thank you! She has beautiful red hair by the way and a wonderful manor and personality.
C	Candace Woods on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll give 2 stars becuase they had what I needed. This is the second time we have had problems whil shopping in this store, the service is horrible. I don't normally write reviews but I've been shaking my head at what happened all day since we left. I went in to purchase an item. It came up on the till at a significant larger amount ($22.99) which I told her it was marked for $14.99. I went over with her to show her the label that was for that item, she said "the higher priced label must be behind it, yes here it is, its $22.99" I needed the item so I grabbed the smaller one becuase I was not paying for the large with the same label at such a different price. So buyer beware, if they feel like it, they will charge you more than what its clearly marked to be.

To which they replied that they did not need to wear a mask and questioned me on my wearing of a mask. Their argument demonstrated their knowing unwillingness to protect their customers. This was an ignorant and insulting experience. I am very disappointed and do not recommend going here during COVID. Edit: I would like to further express my being upset due to the employee questioning and belittling me wearing a mask. It was very unprofessional and a horrible service experience. It demonstrated it is not their health that is stopping them from wearing a mask and rather their disbelief of the effectiveness of masks.
p	paven sidhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother going here if you are looking for assistants, cuz they are not interested in helping customers or even having ppl in their establishment. Literally I was in there for 10mins with my daughter looking for something and nobody was around to help, when I did track somebody down in their back room I was told she is done for the day and the manager is upstairs and she doesn’t know where the other employee is. Turns out the other employee was on the floor chatting with a woman just watching me walk around looking for help and didn’t bother to acknowledge me. So I took my business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time going to this place it’s a joke.
A	Ashlee James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place. Really appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the fact that I can enter the store without being rudely yelled at to wear a mask (due to my medical exemption) unlike other places in town I no longer patronize. Keep it up.

Friendly and helpful staff - they will look for products and try to bring in what you request. Very clean store and easy to navigate. Organized in a way that makes sense.

I love having the option of purchasing organic and local items while helping to support a great local company. In these weird times, it can be even harder to please the wide variety of customers. It is a very tough situation. I know that they are doing their best in the situation we all find ourselves in. Keep up what you are doing! Thank you for all that you do!
