WFK Bookkeeping – Peace River, AB
WFK Bookkeeping has been with IT Partner since August 2011. We have been more than satisfied with the service received over the years. There has been changes throughout this time WFK Bookkeeping growing and IT Partners team has been a great asset with this journey. It is very difficult to explain all the ways we here have been supported. This team maintains the running system, and all our unusual questions they have been patient and dealt with even when it’s not the norm. This team has gone out of their way for us on many occasions there was a time when my emails where spoofed and my phone and computer was sending many emails out to all my contacts and this team stepped in and stopped what they could and sent out emails to all my contacts to warn them. When I’m not in the office I know that my employees have a great support system in place for them. When they don’t have an answer they find one or send me in a direction to get help, quick books has been one of the bigger challenges that they have even wrote or phoned to get the software operating. Accounts payable has been easy to deal with even when there happens to be a difference in opinion about an invoice, we are always recognized and supported. Thank you to all with IT Partners.
