D	Dunia Marwan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the WORST experience here, don't ever deal with Mousa Nasserie, he's horrible, lies to ALL of his clients, as he did lie to me. He leased me a house than sold it and didn't make me aware of anything. His family took my money and never wanted to give it back to me, he basically gave me no option but to move out when i only moved in not even a week. He is the worst and trust me when I tell you this company is garbage. Also Jane who is the brokerage, doesn't call people back, nor does she help in a situation like this, she tries to play the innocent like her real estate agent was correct! Bull services!

She met all our needs like it has to be near our workplace, shopping areas, church, and school. Jane exceeded our expectations and Homelife Hearts staff are the best. We are satisfied and happy customer.
T	Tim LIn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of their realtors (or at least she is claiming she represents them) is sending out harassing messages on a social media platform to people without their permission, telling them to sign up for referral based businesses. Surely, that is a conflict of interest if she is working at this realty firm. She is also pretty intimidating and proud about flaunting this added business instead of being apologetic for harassing people without permission. I hope the owners know about this. Update: Owner, I called your office number, the lady initially refused to cooperate and told me to call the next day, as if providing this information is something I am obliged to do. When I explained I am actually helping, she took my number, said a representative will call back, which never happened. I also emailed the owner at the email address they provided in their response. I have not heard back yet. Update:I was first told the agent doesn't represent them, later they claimed she did work for them. Personally,I would stay away from such realtors.
I	I T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marian and her team helped us sell our condo way over asking price!!! We originally didn't expect much and we would have been content just selling it for asking price. But in the end Marian and her team managed to sell it way above asking price. I highly recommend them with anything related to real estate! They explained very thoroughly everything we needed to know in selling the condo and the process and we were in touch with Marian almost 24/7. Marian and her team are awesome!!
R	Rose Rosan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shouldve left this review a long time ago so that people are aware! Had Thomas Go as my agent years ago. The experience was okay, I wish I can say otherwise but thats not the case. I was very reluctant of keeping him as my agent and my fault that I did. I guess I was being too polite which I definitely regret so much now. I cannot say he was completely careless because he was there to do some of my viewings but the professionalism and reliability was always missing. Honestly, he could work on being more attentive to his clients’ wants and needs. I hated the fact that I felt more of a number than an actual person. There’s no doubt that he was only in it for the commission. And to say that he deserved it, no definitely NOT at all!! A little acknowledgement or thank you or some sort of greeting would do. Great piece of advice, get somebody who is more sincere and more professional who will deliver from start to finish. Homelife Hearts Reality really need to step up their game with training their agent. I would suggest try a different agency for this very matter. Bad experience and if I had a choice I’d leave zero stars.

I know that Jane represented our interests with total honesty and professionalism.

I was very specific with the location and type of house I was looking for and I was incredibly happy that she was able to deliver. After the home inspection there were some unexpected repairs that would have needed to be done on the property but Jane helped in negotiating the price down to close the deal. Jane is very professional, experienced and you definitely want her on your end negotiating for you!
