Lily and Amy were very helpful and knowledgeable when we first started our daughter at daycare. it’s a little out of our way to drop our daughter off but it’s worth it! Melissa and Emily are very attentive, kind, sweet, and caring! My daughter loves them! Now that my daughter is 4 she is with Wendy, Wendy is the sweetest. She’s so kind toward my daughter. I can honestly say that everyone I have interacted with here is genuinely kind. They love their job and the kids they take care of. if I have another kid I will definitely bring them here! And I highly recommend this facility and location to everyone! Every single room is very well kept and clean! They also have a good curriculum and different activities for the kids (they don’t just do the same thing everyday) and they have a nice healthy menu for the kids as well! My daughter was a picky eater before and they really helped encourage her to eat other foods. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Having just opened we placed our son here and he was one of the first children at the location. Not knowing much about the facility I was a little worried; however seeing how Amy and Lily were so kind and caring to help transition my son to adjust here I wouldn't think of switching him to any other day care at all. He has been here for 2 years and i am pregnant with my second child and will definitely be putting him here as well. My son has been in different classes with different staff members and all his teachers have been very attentive, sweet, nurturing and compassionate towards the children as well as parents. I feel like they are also a part of our family. They have helped my son develop many important skills that will help him be well prepared and ready for when he starts JK next year. Best experience you will have here especially with staff members like Amy, Lily, Cathy, Jaya, Emily, Melissa, Daniella and as well as the entire staff. I highly recommend the Gateway location to any parent looking to place their child in day care.

The staff is very polite and friendly and took good care of our son. Lily, the centre director is always available on the phone and is very approachable. I will highly recommend this place for anyone looking for daycare services.

We love being able to long in and see how his day is going, the daily reports keep us up-to-date, as well as the newsletters. The educators are also very kind and caring. They take time to talk with you if you have queries/concerns. The daily menus are balanced and full of variety... we could go on and on.

We were really worried at the start as our daughter was never separated from us since Day 1 (as both of us WFH due to Covid) but the environment which this daycare gave to her was really like a home and our daughter adjusted there so well. Teachers are really kind and take care of our kid as their own. Lily is very supportive and had always been kind to us. Overall fantastic experience.

They helped built an amazing foundation for my daughter. From the beginning, they ensured that the transition from home life to childcare would be smooth. My daughter started childcare at Kids&Co pre-pandemic, and continued on during the pandemic. Despite the trials of the ever changing government rules, Kids&Co Gateway managed to sustain their excellent care for the children and give us peace of mind. I am so happy that we’ve chosen this childcare for my daughter.

I was so apprehensive about sending my 10 month old baby to daycare in middle of the pandemic (February 2020). Looking back, I am so proud of my decision to choose this location. They were absolutely amazing with the transition and were so accommodative of all my requests. The facility is spacious, bright, clean and organized. The teachers took the time to really know my child and bond with him. He adores them! The management is so responsive and always willing to provide the best guidance. Going back to work after having a child is a nerve wracking - guilt ridden decision for first time mothers. Thank you Kids and Company for making it an easy transition for me. I was able to focus on work because by baby was happy and well cared for.
