If you need accessible accommodations this is the place to stay. Fabulous role in/walk in shower, high toilet.
Full size refrigerator, dishwasher table with 4 chairs. Dishes and coffee mugs available. Serve a nice breakfast every morning included in the price.
Friendly helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room super modern . Linen did not smell fresh. Badluck in our stay the hotel lost the hot water so everyone could not take shower in the morning .
They should have given a rebate but did not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is SO amazing! Sonia at breakfast is so happy and cheerful :) she’s a great source of energy to get the guests in a good mood to start their day! Linda at the front desk is also so kind and welcoming! All the staff has been an absolute treat! Cho made me feel super welcomed with my pet, which was great! Thank you Home 2 Suites Dorval!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made a good job accomodating us as a group. A never seen experience on that side. We were a hockey team with families and we were all on the same floor. They reserved the dinning room at a special time for the group for breakfast and they did the same for the pool. Very good attention. Decent pricing. We had a little challenge that I do not want to share here because it may be related to challenge companies have due to pandemic. Nothing that will prevent me to go back there.

Had a terrible wet carpet smell.
I ask for a change of Room but they told me the hotel was completely booked.
I think they could have done a better job in finding me another room.
Don’t recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a incident happen in the main lobby eating area and was told several times by a Hilton employee working at the breakfast buffet to "Go back to my own country" I made a formal complaint to Hilton corporate customer service and to the hotel directly. They gave her a warning on her file. I've never in my life had someone to tell me to go back to my own country. I was shocked and nearly just as shocked or more at the hotels lack of response. Sad day when someone can say something so racist and hateful and continue working in their position of customer service. If anyone would like the full story please respond to this review and I would gladly tell the whole story. People should be aware of this before staying at this hotel location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are lots of great things about this hotel: many choices for breakfast, coffee machine, spacious room and bathroom, blackout curtains, lots of lights, extra tables/couch, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, dish cleaning tablet and sponge/ dish liquid, dish towels, cooking utensils and more than enough cutlery/plates/bowls/mugs to use. There is also complimentary parking in their basement or beside the building. A water refilling station, coffee/hot water can be found in the lobby.
Missing a star in this review because:
- there's a light with a vent hood beneath the microwave but instead of a stove top, we have a sink - this was weird considering they provided utensils for cooking.
- we found a used soap (with hair on it) in the shower and used coffee bag in the machine. This made us question what else wasn't cleaned in the room!
- also, we could hear traffic from the highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and looks to be renovated recently. One of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. The only downside was noise outside, but it didn’t bother me so I’m giving 5 stars.
Front desk was very friendly. Nice breakfast
I’m satisfied with the service. Will Recommend to my friends and will stay again when I come to Montreal.
