Our front door glass cracked into a million pieces on a Wednesday night at 8:30 pm. I phoned hoping someone could help. Michael, the owner answered. He assured me how to go about feeling safe until he could get there next day. Basically within 14 hours my front door was like brand new, same design we had picked 10 years ago! And at no charge for the glass! Michael and his son could not have been more efficient at replacing it and all done with care and concern. We have also used Home Window for windows and have been thrilled with the product and service this company has given us!!

The sales portion was very informative, no pressure and you could immediately see the quality of the product he sells. The installation was smooth, efficient and professional every step of the way. The great care taken with the outside capping of each window and door ensures that the product shines. The installers did a great job of leaving the work area each night as neat and tidy as it was in the morning. Michael came by every day during installation to both check up on the progress and make sure we were happy. Any concern or question was answered promptly and professionally. We are very happy with the quality of the windows, doors and sliding door. The front door is truly an amazing piece of art. It is a pleasure to operate and enjoy the benefits of our purchase. We recommend the product and the Home Window experience to anyone who wants value for their money!

My experience was so good that I had no reservations recommending them to my parents, who had all the windows installed in their house. Michael (owner) is easily reachable, quick to respond to any request and is knowledgeable about the products. I was impressed with Grant's professionalism and with the installation overall. They went the extra mile to keep me informed on how the project was coming along and advised me if any issues arose and provided a quick and effective solution. I highly recommend this company and their product.

Let me be fair and start by saying the product is fair quality and fairly priced, and installation crew did a great job, done very nicely and efficiently. Although the destination was pleasant, the journey was not. The sales person has no sales manners, he is pushy with his ideas and didn't really listen to what we needed. We ultimately ordered what we wanted anyways against his advice. His communication was very unprofessional, no emails, just one liner text messages. Never confirmed when the product is due to arrive or be installed until I followed up with him multiple times. Lastly, he showed up on the install day, collected the rest of money and rudely left without saying goodbye to his paying customer! Zero abilities as a sales person and absolutely no communication skills. Frankly if the installers were not as good I would have given 1 star.

Michael is very personable and shows a caring attitude. He suggested changes to our windows which have enhanced our house immensely with a much better view of our backyard. The window quality is high at a reasonable price. We were so happy with the windows, we're doing our doors through Home Window as well.
