I can't speak highly enough of the care provided for my mother by her caregiver from HI - she went above and beyond and gave the family peace of mind that my mother was happy and well cared for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During Covid, My moms caregiver Hoda and the office team lead by Kim has been incredible. They actually care and are so responsive. Their family room is amazing as I am able to communicate with them online anytime and often. I am so happy with the care.

Our experience with Home Instead to date caring for my wife's daily care needs has been refreshing, worry free and enjoyable. The team is always professional, incredibly responsive and in constant contact to ensure care is provided at the highest standard. We are blessed to have found a quality organization who really cares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been blessed to find "Home Instead" when my mom-in-law was very sick. Brent and his care team came to help me within an hour of my phone call. I don't know what i would have done without their help. They helped me until last moment of my mom-in-law's life. They are very professional, trust worthy, loving, and caring. All of their care givers are special individual. I thank all ladies and manager Brent who helped taking care of my mom-in-law. After witnessing how caring staff we had from Home Instead, Edmonton General Hospital long term care unit has elected one of the staff member for a special award. Any body who is looking for senior care, I would highly recommend "Home Instead". Best care giving company who are part of my family now.

Home Instead management and staff have been professional and responsible in their service delivery. They have been respectful in their interactions, sensitive to the needs of the client, understanding of the circumstances, aware of appropriate actions that needed to be taken, co-operative in working with other caregivers and have communicated effectively in a timely fashion with responsible family members who live in another province.
From our experience, we have found that Home Instead in Edmonton offers a high quality, responsive, client-focused service. We recommend it.
