★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with my experience here ☺ Reasonably priced for great service, no hidden fees, and very friendly staff. I usually have a hard time trying out new places (trust issues, issues communicating in the past with stylists who didn't speak fluent English), but my stylist was very competent and it was easy to communicate exactly what I wanted to him. Their promo for first time visitors was very generous and made the experience even better! Will be coming again soon :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like their work the first time but the third time is terrible, they make my hair orange I asked for a lighter brown but ended up with a bright orange. So bad that I won’t even give them opportunity to fix because it scares me. Nice people but I will never go back….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for haircuts with Agu for the last 1.5 years. Agu is a very skilled hair dresser. She listens carefully to my requests and is detailed in her work.
Recently she fixed a haircut disaster (a bad haircut I had when traveling abroad) with ease! I wasn't sure it was fixable and was so relieved and impressed that she was able to save my hair. I highly recommend Agu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cozy place with really nice hairstylists! i’ve been cut by sayuri twice now and she’s always super smiley & understanding, i love how they give you a form to fill out when you first come by asking about your style, preferences etc. so they can better suit your needs. i bring along reference pictures and sayuri does a great job of replicating them. great service & reasonable prices! will be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, price for value is reasonable, there’s discount package for frequent revisits. Hair washing is not as clean as other ones I’ve been to. When I shower at home, there’s a lot of tiny pieces that wash out.
Overall, I think not bad, worth revisiting.
