Was disappointed and saddened to be walking by twice today (weekly shop in South Granville) and saw salon attendant and a customer not wearing a mask while in service (towel on ladies head). Salons require close contact and should be required to wear masks during a pandemic (indoors and in a small space). has been reported to authorities. Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time here. Ben did a great job on my hair cut every time. I called the store 5:56 pm today right before they close cuz I was just off from work and barely made it to the store. Ben answered the phone and waited for me and did an amazing job in 20 minutes without rushing. Definitely recommend, 5 stars cheers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in as a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to accommodate me immediately. They took a lot of care with my hair such that it felt like a steal that they only charged $40 for a cut and layering. The décor inside is nice and modern, and they conducted just the right amount of small-talk — enough to make me feel comfortable, but not so much that it was distracting and tiring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went the first week of July, I didn't have an appointment anywhere, all of the good salons were all completely booked for like the next 5/6 days and I was leaving by then. They gave me an appointment fairly quickly and I went. Even though I had an appointment they made me wait for 20 minutes. I was on a rush that day so I was counting on them being quick... That didn't happen. When it was time to cut my hair I asked for wispy bangs. The women didn't understand what I was asking for and instead of asking me what they were, she just gave me bangs. And not very well cut, because when I got home I had to cut some hairs that were clearly longer that the other ones.

The Barber named Ben will stab you in the back of your head with his clipper. His actions are very rough. Days later and I still have red marks in the back of my head. End result: as poor as his attitude.
