A	Ashish Manral on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morning Yu and her Team are not trustworthy. They (Morning, Annie & Max) undersold our Surrey Town House for 430 K on 27 April 2019 whereas Market was for 450 K. They promised us to compensate our loss by reimbursing us (Lawyers Fees and other incidental expenses). Now they put Condition to buy new House through them. Searched on Net and found Morning Yu was penalized for unfair practice in the recent past. Utterly non Professional, won’t recommend any one to deal with Morning Yu and her Team in future. Please buyer be aware and check about Morning Yu on net before dealing.
Y	Yo Yo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from them. They are such hypocrites. I was at one of their open house. The seller agent Glenn who seemed super nice at first. After we mentioned our price range is less than the listing price, he IMMEDIATELY turned around and said "the seller would not sell at that price!" 3 months later, they RE-list the same house (which got no offer at the original listing price) at my price range. I wouldn't be surprised that they are trying to play the list-low-bid-high game just like New Coast and Nu Stream. (Their team was a subdivision of Nu Stream and lead by Morning Yu. During our conversation, Glenn thought by mentioning that would be a shining point for their brand new company... HA! )
R	Rhonda Cedar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one star is only because you cannot put "0" - Okay, I don't usually post comments but......what is up with homes listed with Le Homes Realty? One day, a home is listed at one price, then days/weeks/months later the same property (which did not sell) is listed at a much higher price? I'm not talking a few dollars, I'm talking hundreds of thousands more? I've been watching the market closely and have noticed this is a regular occurance with this company. One day a home is in our price range, then the next day is way out of our price range? WTF? I would not buy a property listed by any of these agents. The company is very dishonest in their advertising while misleading buyers. I would not trust any agents who work for this company. I have emailed the company many times asking why they use this practice and not surprising, I have not heard a word back. They can't even answer a simple question? Hmmmm. I'd stay clear of any property listed with them.

We are first time home buyers and Yang was able to help us through every step of the home buying process. Yang took us to look at many listings over the past months and was very patient, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. I am very thankful with the new place we can call home. And at a good price too! Fan Yang's team is definitely worthy of your business!
R	Richard Sze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couple of their Realtors, Henry Wu and a lady, aggressively knocked our door, stood outside for minutes, and scout around my house, checking thru windows and found by wife gardening outside who was not convenient to chat with. I did not open the door due to covid and knowing they were probably door knocking. As expected, he employed aggressive tactics trying to get us to sell our property WAY BELOW market value and claimed they have buyers on hand. Avoid dealing with this real estate company (formerly New Coast)! It's shameful for the real estate industry for the existence of this company.

He is a professional who really works and bargains on behalf of his clients. I have come to trust him and my husband and I really admire his warm and friendly personality. I have had bad experiences with realtors, but Sammi is really one of a kind. We have no regrets working with him. He works for his clients and not just his commission. Thanks Sammi, we are forever grateful!
M	Mick Leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uses very unprofessional and misleading practices. Have been to several lehomes open houses when we were searching, and every time they would list the home way below value to gather interest, and tell the prospective buyers they are accepting offers on such and such a date. But of course their target price is no where near their listing price so I've learned after a couple of times these people are using these unprofessional and dishonest practices. Also, the several open houses we've been to, the people hosting it are usually useless, they know nothing about the homes and nothing about real estate. You can also see how unprofessional they are in the reviews. They have their own agents rating them with 5 stars (Michael Du and Marcus Zhao, for example)
A	Amy Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust any words or promises from this company realtors. Please make sure you having list of details of the house on all your offers and amendments if you are dealing with this company. Even you have list of details, you may not be fulfilled by your rights. I am a new buyer, and LeHomes was servicing for the seller. They can't give us the keys on the possesion date because the seller did not move out everything, and we agreed on the second day at 1:00pm verbally. At the confimed time, their realtor made me wait for 2 hours and I still did not get all keys. When I get into the house, the entire house is not cleaned and 2 out of 4 defects listed on the amendment were not done any work. Now, it is 5:29 pm, I still have remotes missing to be received. The seller's realtor said she will drop the remotes and passwords off before 5:30pm. Hopefully, she can give me the keys in 1 min. So, all buyers, please make sure you have a strong lawyer to protect your rights!!!
