โ โ โ โ โ Slow process and unprofessional staff. I tried to explain a few different ways I was looking for inexpensive shipping, but was only quoted the fastest shipping with the most expensive rates. When I said it was unreasonably expensive, I was told "that's the rate". Finally, as I was leaving, I was asked "how much do you want to pay?". I'm not used to, or interested in haggling with a shipping company. I did my own search, and it turns out the ground rate is 10-20% of the air rates I was quoted.

โ โ โ โ โ The lady working was on her phone for 10 minutes she kept telling me to wait and fully ignored me when I asked her question. Too busy talking on her phone. Didnโt actually get up and scan my packages till another customer came in. Bad customer service, apparently talking on the phone is more important than interacting with customers

โ โ โ โ โ Very handy, no-frills shipping centre that will fulfill all of your needs. Many options for carriers and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Location is super convenient with lots of free parking around.

โ โ โ โ โ They didnโt even tape my package, and they said they would put a fragile logo on the bag, but it was broken. And they promise me would package it very well. I spend 50$ to ship it.
