Cancellation and Late Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment.
There are no fees for appointment cancellation for any reason relating to illness or COVID-19 exposure.
The cancellation fee for less than 48 hours notice is $50; no-shows or less than 24 hours notice are charged the full cost of a 60 minute treatment.
Late arrivals receive what is remaining of the appointment time with a full charge fee.

She has successfully treated a number of issues (including ensuring full recovery from a foot fracture; symptoms of plantar fasciitis; periodic neck, shoulder and hip pain). She is very skilled in therapeutic massage, yet I always leave feeling relaxed, despite having deep tissue work done. Her massage technique is spot on perfect, her space is extremely relaxing, and I always feel better after seeing her. I've had some very serious shoulder problems which required surgery, even after surgery I had some pain coming back. I was really worried that my shoulder nightmare was continuing. Fonda, through her massages and excellent advice, has seriously healed my shoulder. I was having pain everyday, especially in the mornings, and now - no pain at all :) I highly recommend Fonda to anyone and everyone, she is a true master of her craft and she truly cares about her clients health and well being.
