Bill was super helpful and took time to explain how the trailer should be fitted for boat. On a long trip my boat would have been damaged for sure. $$$. It now is custom fitted, boat is protected, and safe for travel for the life of the boat and trailer. I’m inexperienced, and he showed my a bunch of safety items to be watchful for (even though I arrived 10 minutes after they had closed on a Friday). You can tell that he cares about clients and his craft. Straight up, no BS guy. Highly recommended.

When I first met Bill, he had all the other manufacturer's trailers in his yard for service. When I saw what Highliner would build for me next to all the others, there was no decision to make, their product sells itself. These are truly heavy duty trailers, and Bill is just an excellent guy to work with. Highliner is the only company that would build and fit their trailer to my boat, a true custom build and a turnkey experience. Everyone else told me to "just do it yourself at the ramp"??? I work in a service trade, and I'm very familiar with the unrealistic demands, and unreasonable expectations that people have in today's world of instant gratification, and disposable products. Bill and the crew at Highliner have exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're in the market for a new boat trailer, go see your nearest Highliner dealer, you won't be disappointed. C	Cory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for parts since trailer was purchased from them in 2007. Today I drove in 30 min to pick up some u bolts and fasteners (5 items). Once I arrived, Bill told me I had to call in my order as they were too busy to pull parts. In effect: go home, call the parts in, and come back another day. I asked if the parts were on site today. He said yes. I was surprised he wouldn't spend 2-5 minutes seeing if it was feasible to execute a sale while I was right in front of him at his yard. Just a really odd interaction from an owner to a customer.

Bill advised right away that he doesn't sell at the retail level, and referred me to one of his dealers. I felt fortunate in these COVID times to secure the trailer Bill recommended at a good price, with prompt service (Maple Marine, Langley). Once I situated the boat on the trailer, an adjustment was necessary; I went back and saw Bill, and he and his crew at Highliner made the necessary modifications to the trailer. SOLID service and follow-up, I'd recommend Bill & Highliner Trailers to anyone, at all times.
J	Joan Beliveau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bill Bowes from Highliner Trailers came to our rescue when our boat trailer had broken down in Friday Rush Hour traffic in October 2020! First of all, he helped us find a towing company that was able to remove rusted wheel bolts, and jimmy our trailer so we could limp the short distance to the Highliner trailer yard. No small feat since our boat is very heavy, and tall and no towing company could tow us! Secondly, he was able to fix our trailer, that we had admittedly not done proper maintenance upkeep on during the 12 years that we had owned it. We are not from the lower mainland, and he was kind enough to let us keep our boat in the Highliner yard for 4 months (during pandemic restrictions, and snowy interior winter roads). Thirdly, he had our boat towed to and from a boat shop so that our motors could be winterized, so that they were not damaged. Finally, he allowed us to show prospective buyers our boat (which we sold) while it was still in the Highliner yard! The service, attention and honesty that Bill and his crew at Highliner Trailers showed us- complete strangers- was way above and beyond!! I would highly recommend them, and give them a 10 STAR rating!!

I would also like to thank and recognize Bill Bowes from Highliner trailer for fantastic customer service. Bill spoke to me over the phone providing lots of valuable information and things too consider when purchasing a trailer. He met me late one afternoon to put my boat onto the new trailer and he got the tools out to make some minor adjustments. He new the trailer meat a lot to me and wanted me to leave safe and happy with my new purchase. I would recommend his services and Highliner trailers to any of my friends or family.
