It's an incredible music school with a team of professional teachers who truly love what they do and really care for the kids. The owners are lovely people and the studio is beautiful and welcoming. Highly recommended!!!!

You get so much more out of learning songs with Michael then you would using YouTube tutorials, tabs, Apps, ect. It's Michael's attention to detail that makes it special. His classes are a great mix of building foundation as a player and having fun. On top of that the school it self if very current with the times offering online lessons, sending videos/texts, and always helpful assisting an computer related issues.

I've been very impressed with the variety of piano music and styles introduced to him, the introduction to piano theory, the element of fun in learning piano as well as the novelty of experimenting with composition. Also impressed with the administration and organization of the studio, availability of lesson times and the weekly follow up notes that come by email so I can understand my son's progression and what he's learning. Nadia is patient, lovely, very musically skilled and has made music fun for my son. The studio is also conveniently located in a great neighbourhood.

My kids learned a lot and it really helped their marks at school. Also, the location is very convenient and prices are on par with other local lessons.

Lori and Michael have assembled a talented team of instructors who share the same love of music and care for people that they themselves do. My son studied piano with Nadia for a number of years and she was enthusiastic, kind and inspiring. He had a few teachers over the years (outside of High Park Music) and Nadia was his favourite.

The instruction has been amazing, they cater to the individuality of each child teaching them not only the foundations of music, but engaging their own musical interests as well. It has brought out a confidence in both my children that I am so proud of. HPM transitioned quickly from in person to online during the pandemic, but the quality of instruction has remained the same. The owners Michael and Lori have been so helpful whenever we have had questions and helped to place our children with the perfect teacher for each of them. Looking forward to many years ahead of making beautiful music ??
