I do not have any issues with iPro Realty or this location specifically. Although, I have an issue with Susan Chazi, who I believe is a sales representative and works at this location. She called me, after I had unsubscribed from the email and call list. When I asked who was calling, she laughed at me (I'm honestly not sure why she would laugh) and said "It's Susan". How am I supposed to know who Susan is? She did not explain who she was any further or why she was calling. I hung up because I did not appreciate being laughed at, and she gave no explanation as to who she was. She immediately texted me after to tell me that I was RUDE for hanging up. I simply told her that I did not want to receive a call because I had already unsubscribed. I never called her names nor was I mean to her at any point. I found it extremely unprofessional that she first laughed at me over the phone, and then had the audacity to text me to tell me that I WAS RUDE. Seriously? What if my phone died, or my connection cut out? I would not recommend doing business with this woman because I believe her to be incompetent at dealing with business in a professional manner. I understand that we are human, and we have bad days sometimes. But this was NOT a bad day for her. Even if it was, the fact that she went out of her way to tell me that I was rude, speaks volumes. Like I said, I cannot speak for the rest of the team or the company as a whole. Just this person in particular. I would really appreciate if someone above her at the company would have a conversation about this with her. I do not want anyone else to have this experience.

IPro offers great professional office support in person and online. I especially like the convenience of having access to all the offices available throughout the city. IPro’s commission options allow me to take control of my business and invest where I see it matters most!!

I have been with iPro since 2014 and have no plans to leave. The owners get that we do majority of the work and compensate accordingly. That being said, I am happy to pay a nominal fee for the many services they offer, because we have resources and support available to us just like or more than other brokerage that does charge high fees. I have 24/7 access to several offices across the GTA, with boardrooms, office rooms, photocopying, supplies, etc. So when meeting a client, I can choose which office is easiest for them. In addition, the several managers who work for iPro are knowledgable, accessible and helpful both during and after hours.

The staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and our leadership team has unparalleled innovation and experience. Because of the fantastic support I receive as an agent, it allows me to serve my clients better.

iPro is a great family to be a part of. The support that I receive from the office managers, the team at Front Desk in all offices, the admin department and pretty much everyone in the company is absolutely extraordinary. I, personally, appreciate very much the support of Anissa, Paula, Carla, Darlene, Mariana, and Philip, because I interact with them more, but everyone is willing to help, everyone has a positive attitude, and even our clients notice it. I am a tenant of a unit for a building this real estate agency is selling. On Saturday May 28 at 1pm a real estate agent came into my unit without notice and without a confirmed appointment while I was changing. They did not knock or call, however proceeded to unlock and enter my unit . They continued to walk through my unit with approximately 5 people. This incident made me feel extremely unsafe and violated.
