Heβs an expert in his field and knew exactly how I needed to prepare my condo for sale, which he sold in under a week, during a pandemic no less. He found me a wonderful staging company that set up and tore down without me lifting a finger in addition to a great lawyer, which gave me the time to focus on my own work. In addition, heβs kind, thoughtful, and really wants the best for his clients. I have complete trust in Steven and would definitely work with him again. I highly recommend him!

β β β β β Steven can take one of the most challenging, stressful experiences in a personβs life and transform it into a pleasurable one.
The first time we worked with Steven was in 2016. We were expecting our first child, when he helped us rent our one bedroom condo in the Junction, to an amazing tenant, and purchase a two bedroom condo in Midtown Toronto. We are now expecting our second child and we were ready to find our Forever Home.
We were stunned when we sold our property for over asking within a day of the posting going live. We were equally stunned when we found and succeeded in purchasing the perfect home within a couple weeks of beginning our search.
Steven has built an amazing team of professionals. Everyone that we engaged with throughout this process was pleasant, efficient and provided exceptional service. He understood our needs and provided us with excellent advice and guidance.
Steven is very knowledgeable and thorough. He is honest, genuine, thoughtful, friendly and kind. Even though I am sure we were not his only clients during this process, we always felt like we were a priority. He was always available and responsive to our needs. Steven would continually go above and beyond our expectations.
We recommend Steven to all of our friends and family. If we ever are in need of a Real Estate Agent again, Steven will be our first phone call.
