S	Shweta Bhagat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this doctor for her careless, inconsiderate and casual attitude. Instead of immediately acting upon my crucial pain and illness, she did trial and error sessions with me for 2-3months and finally asks me to go to specialist (who is available after 1 month) whereas, I knew I needed that specialist since day 1. Expensive medication which didn't help. When I told her I cannot afford this trial error medications. She said, its your wish to take or not. It was my mistake to have her as my family doctor. I recently found a new family doctor to myself and my issue is be taken care of responsibly.
B	Bhawna Sindhwani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unorganized! I was pregnant and the clinic was never open, multiple times, different days. I had to go to walk-in clinics every time during COVID times . Till I found another doctor. Then I needed the report/records to be sent to my new doctor. They made me chase them for more than a month. First they asked me to pay for it, when they were the ones closed all the time and made me look for another doctor. Later, they took a very long time to process it. Asked me to send/email a form, which I did. And again the same form. I called them couple of times to follow up. They said they will check and get back, which again they did not. I had to personally visit pay $25 to get it all done. When I said they would not make me pay due to their incapability to serve/treat me. They just didn’t bother! Bad service!!

R	ROP East on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could put a negative I would. Joel F summed it up so well. "may be called 3h late, NEED to answer" - really call 3h late with 0 apologies. First question I got was: "Hi, what is your problem" Then Doctor had a quick laugh when I asked about a specific test (so much for judgement free zone and educating patient) called lasted 4 min. Was never asked basic questions even though it was my first (and last) time calling them. (like age, diet, weight, allergies, disease history)... Then told that the prescription and all would be done at the on site lab and to call the clinic number, when i asked for it i was told, i don't know look it up online.. I did. Called right away and left a message, was NEVER called back. If this gets charged to OHIP i would consider this fraud since I got nothing for it at all and had to go and ask somewhere else. TERRIBLE DOCTOR and PRACTICE.

J	Joel F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An embarrassment of the medical profession; the doctor is successful only at billing OHIP for your 5-minute call with her. The doctor auto-emails that you will get a call up to 3 hours late, calls right at 3 hours late, declines to do a visual inspection for symptoms that require a visual (so be it during COVID, but even refuses a Zoom call), instead prescribes a possibly entirely unnecessary course of treatment and then immediately walks that back when the patient suggests that may pose a straightforward and possible concern.
C	Coach Aube on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found Dr. Naquvi to be professional, kind, efficient and collaborative- something you don’t see very often these days. I’ve received appointments fairly easily and wait times are pretty common at any Dr’s office.Not sure why people are acting surprised. The thing is - sometimes others have more pressing issues. The day that it will be me I will appreciate that she fit me in her schedule. That being said I am Ok with that as long as I get served as well. Highly recommend.
