★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a pedicure, and while my nails look nice, the burn on the side of my foot does not. The lady who did my pedicure exfoliated so roughly and harshly with a pumice stone (?) that it burned/cut my foot. It is extremely painful to wear most shoes. I am not impressed, will not return and would not recommend this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry but keep in mind this place not worth your money. I came to get my acrylic taken off and a regular manicure just to clean up the cuticle part. She did a very rush job ( 30 mins for take off and manicure and charged $33 + tax ). She was harshly cutting my nails off and left one bleeding. Usually when I come to another salons they will soak my nails in acetone in order to help the acrylic comes off without damage the nails as much but here they only put some kinda liquid and used the nail grill to file it down so it got my nails very weak and thin. Also her job did not do anything, the acrylic was not taken off completely and my cuticle was not done well as you can see there still a lot of dead skin left even though I asked her to get it cleaned better. Disappointment!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have honestly always had a wonderful experience with high five nails. They have squeezed me in EVERY TIME the same day that I call and have stayed late just to accommodate my busy schedule. They are always so kind, compliment me and do amazing work. I get my pedicures done here and will continue. Even when they’ve squeezed me they don’t treat me poorly for keeping things to last minute- THEY ARE AMAZING. Highly highly recommend.
