A	Ashley Lamson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food has always been great. Although the customer service is awfull. Enough to really turn a customer away. I feel as though they need to remove the tip option completley from their debit system. It is a very small location and you can clearly view their staff at work slapping together your order with no regard whatsoever. It is the healthier ingredients put together in a fast food manner that keeps me coming back. I think the franchise owner should really spend more time in house observing they type of customer service their employees are putting forth.

The staff weren't even trying to hide it they were actually trying to catch it this was about 3 weeks ago. Don't think I'm going there any more lol

We keep trying the Whatcom Freshii over and over, hoping that we will have a better experience, but once again, we are disgusted with our food. By the time we drove home (4 minutes), the excessive amount of sauce had made a soup out of our bowls, with mushy rice at the bottom. The rubbery-gristle chicken was gag-worthy and the bowls were minimally filled (compared to other Freshii franchises). In addition, the bowls took over 15 minutes to make, and they clearly were not busy. One positive note, the 2 young women working are a HUGE improvement from the miserable staff that we became accustomed to. They were very friendly and polite, but clearly need further direction on making quality and consistent food items.

AND I GET HALF COOKED NOODLES!!! How do you mess that up? Extremely disappointing. Tipped 20% both times. Healthiest food at Whatcom but good luck getting what you ordered.

S	Steve S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was feeling the need for some healthy food. Went on to skip the dishes and found this place. I ordered 3 salads, 1 wrap and a bowl of soup. I would highly recommend that you dine in to this place than apposed to ordering take out. The reason for this, is that you can see the food being prepared and see if there are any issues with the food. I am in disbelief that the employee working here would put rotten, sour avocados in my salad as well as very obvious brown wilted lettuce. Like why would you serve that to another person? That was a terrible decision on their part. They even forgot to add the salad dressing on top of it all. I've now wasted my money and this cost me $94 total. I feel bad for the owner of this place for me having to leave this bad review, but I would suggest that they select their employees more carefully and do follow up visits to make sure they are not adding bad or spoiled vegetables to people's salad. I will never eat at this place again. The chopped leaf has never served me spoiled food! I will continue to order from them after this experience.
