★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has some sort of customer support. Their website makes you believe they have something in stock. No they don't. Still hasn't delivered a headphone I already paid for. Still waiting. 3 months later. Still waiting.
edit: they did their best. we can just blame covid for the delay.

I could not be more satisified with price and even more so with the customer service. During a difficult time with the Virus going around it would be easy to make excuses but instead they kept me informed all the way through. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who will listen. And the products are great!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glad I went with this Canadian company instead of lining Jeff Bezo's pocket with already 80 billions profits so far this year because of COVID. I received the wrong product, but the customer service team was quick to make things right. I'd rather have a person at the other end to talk/email to, than communicate with a robot.

The headphones are really great and have lasted much longer than any other pair I previously owned. I loved them so much, I purchased the same ones as a gift as well. Would highly recommend this team, they really are true experts in their industry.
