★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a trip to fish Weslemkoon and saw there’s a launch at Hidden Cove. Mike was really friendly and helpful - gave us some good tips on colours to use. We caught 6 largemouth bass and a million rock bass. Beautiful place for a vacation. Everything was so well kept - plus they have ice fishing!! Woo hoo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with 9 friends and stayed at Loon Lodge to do some ice fishing. The cottage was roomy and easily accommodated all of us. It was well stocked, clean and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The fishing was great and we had an absolutely wonderful time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy cottage slept 10 without feeling cramped or too large. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly hosts and beautiful lake. Quiet retreat.
The road to get there was *very* slippery in early February -- even going 20km/h I still fishtailed frequently without winter tires. Drive carefully!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my very first experience at "glamping", and I liked it very much. I went there to fish from a shore and it worked for me really well. Those who want deep water fishing could rent a canoe or a motor boat there. There are no hiking trails right there, so you'll need to drive a bit for that. Hosts are indeed friendly and helpful. The main downside for me was a lack of a good Internet connection - but if you go that far to stay away from the busy world it may actually work for you :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a true diamond in the rough. Friendly hosts, clean and comfy cottages, and awesome fishing. We just spent our family fishing trip for the second year at Hidden Cove and the fishing was even better this year than the first. Looking forward to next years trip to Hidden Cove Cottage Resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there in Sept 2013, and we're booked back in Sept. 2014 in a bigger cottage with some friends, then stayed again in 2015, 16, 17 and we booked in again in September 2018, missed 2019 but booked in again in 2020. And as usual, great stay in 2020 . Re booked for Oct. 2021 and had another relaxing week of fun and fishing. Great ATVing and super clean cottages. The owners are very accommodating and great people. Our favourite place to ATV and stay.

Thank you Rachelle and Mike for hosting us at such a wonderful and friendly place. If anyone is looking for a great place to go lakeside this is it! A cottage resort that reminds me of cottaging as a kid. It's not about fancy, it's about the people and the lake. Excellent hosts, highly recommend.
