★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting Service over the phone, made a request online to book for a half day for 2 and was never contacted back. When i called to book a date over the phone, the receptionist was rude and continually cut me off as i was trying to explain what i was booking for. I spoke in English and she rudely responded " Do you speak French? No huh?" and i gladly switched to French. Her tone changed once I started speaking French. Not worth the time, I have never been before but just that one communication has put it on a Black List.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Underwhelming service. I put in an appointment request online and was not contacted for a few days so I decided to call to book an appointment. Mind you, there was no message online letting us know if there were availabilities for the specific date and time we wanted to book for.
When I called, I started explaining that I sent an appointment request and was immediately interrupted because the receptionist was speaking to another client. I was then rudely asked if I spoke French and switched with no problem. She kept cutting me off every time I spoke which was beyond rude. Turns out there were no availabilities for the appointment I wanted to book which was a shame. I've never been to this spa and simply because of the service I received on the phone, I'm not inclined to try and book an appointment again.
