F	Felicia Ruscica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great 2 nights 3 days staying. Even though the restaurant and bar were closed no complaints because we were told before booking. We already miss the place and planning to go back ASAP ? By the way thank you for the bath robes Gary!
i	ivana ioannoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 2 nights here (July 26 & 27), we had the King Suite which I highly recommend. The breakfast basket delivered to your room is nice, we had it once and the 2nd morning decided to go for a hot breakfast. They do not provide dishes so we had our breakfast on napkins. We have coffee and mugs in the room but after the 1st morning the mugs were not washed or the coffee pot. I would give this place a 3 star, the only regret is that the in house restaurant is closed on Mon and Tues which was a drag, we had to scramble to make dinner reservations and many other places were closed on these 2 days. In the middle of high vacation season your restaurant should remain opened 7 days a week, at the same time taking care of your guests.

U	U. R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it ZERO out of 5 if I could. Believe me this place is only suitable for White People. Anyone of any other color do not go here. All the customers that were present were jugging my friend and I because we were of different color. They kept giving us dirty looks and whispering racial comments. The place is nothing like the pics or as the description. There's always something wrong and you end up getting WAY LESS than what you paid for online. There website is 100% innacurate. Whatever you book online, you'll get something else compared to it. The place is dirty (pools and hot tubs). There's no kitchen service. Whatever you order from the restaurants around you, will deliver after an hour or more (I was told by the delivery man). Not recommended to anyone that's under the age of 25, none-white, sanitary and in your right mind.

Its the old feel of this place that makes it so nice. The room we were in was very nice with a great view. Service was top notch. We had a nice view of the lake and mountains. Seriously to those complanimg about this place needs updating are crazy. It has been renovated but not much to keep the feel of this place. Which is rustic and just homey. We came in winter. But plan to come in summer as well

Parking during winter was tricky, they have lot of space but not properly marked or guided which leads to a lot of chaos when u go up to the reception area. Better to park at the bottom and walk to the reception. The rooms were decent, but again it's high time that they need renovation. The hot tub is the star attraction here and I am.not happy with the cleanliness of the water.
