The appointment times were flexible, and the dream team , who worked on my teeth, did a fantastic job. They were always nice and fun to be around. I would recommend anyone who wants to get braces or Invisalign done would come here.

Dr Hickman, Britney, Martha and Dr Navabi have all managed to finally make me confident in my smile. They always made sure i was comfortable and happy with my smile. I never thought i could feel so confident and happy with how i look. I highly suggest getting your braces from here.

H	Hoob East on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd been seeing Dr. Hickman since I was a child and never had a bad experience until I got braces there as a young adult. My treatment was run mostly by the assistants in the office, with little oversight by Dr. Hickman. It seemed rushed, the techs often brushed off my questions and concerns, and my bite was never comfortable after I got the braces off. My bite hasn't significantly changed since treatment (wires still in place, retainers worn, and I have the original final molds) and I've been told by multiple dentists that it leans inwards too much, is incredibly unstable, and is why I broke a tooth and had constant jaw pain. I've now spent another 6k and more than a year in invisalign from another office to correct what Hickman's braces did to my bite. My braces were 10 years ago, so maybe things have improved. But buyer beware. Make sure you ask questions and push for answers if you're not comfortable with the end result.

I actually sometimes would feel excited to go see Sam, Natasha and Danielle. I would highly recommend anybody to receive their dental treatment from HSG, even if they live outside of Ottawa. Thank you guys for everything.

For the past year they have worked diligently to create two protheses that fit perfectly. My jaw no longer pops and I no longer have pain. They treated me like they would a family member.
