On top of that, the vehicle clean up from Heritage is top notch, the car is spotless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was time for my first Ford service experience with my new Mustang my first impression was not good. I honked as instructed but nobody opened the service doors. I walked into the shop to ask them to open the service doors. I had an appointment was was on time. The service area was empty. I was told I would have to wait! After giving the service person the required info she asked me to drive through and park my car and return the keys to her. I have a wheelchair permit, am 76 years old and we had just had a major snowfall. I almost left! I will not return to this dealership

The team made the transaction so easy, everything was prepared ahead of time, and the trade in transaction was straightforward and very fair. They took the time for a personal walk through of the vehicle, answered all my questions and made the process so easy and personal. I’d would buy from Heritage again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a recent Sunday we had to take a day trip to Toronto from the Bruce Peninsula. After our very first stop our 2016 F150 would not start. Tried boosting it and no luck. CAA was called and they could not get it going. Since it was Sunday afternoon and no dealers open, that was one unplanned overnight stay. Contacted nearby Heritage Ford first thing Monday morning and explained our predicament. They were very accommodating and got us in pretty well right away. Called us back first thing in the afternoon and advised us that the air conditioner compressor had seized up. Not cheap. I was not completely surprised though because the heater was making sporadic noise recently but had remained undiagnosed by our local dealer. The parts were ordered and Heritage had us back on the road the next afternoon I found them friendly and accommodating and was completely satisfied with their service
