Absolute customer 1st focus from the team at this dealership! Taylor Hockley, our Salesperson, quickly understood what we were looking for and began immediately offering suggestions and options. As our requirement for a new vehicle was due to a car accident and also that we live in BC, the entire purchase needed to be completed virtually. Taylor sent videos, picture after picture at our request and whenever needed, spoke to us on the phone, usually to coordinate something to do with the purchase, like the Rack Attack basket on top. Taylor made us feel at ease, offering reassurances if needed. We felt 'heard' versus high pressure sales rhetoric that you commonly find buying a new car. Jeff Caissie from the Finance Dept. was the next person on the team to WOW us. The paperwork was handled easily and quickly. Upon arrival in BC, he was on the phone with us multiple times to assit with the many rules/hoops required during registration by our province's Government owned insurance company. Amazing after sales support! Brandon Sanchioni, the General of the dealership was the final person on the team that we needed support from. As getting a transport truck to deliver the car to us in BC faded, we reached out to him as a last resort. Five days after that phone call, we had possession of our new car, personally delivered by an employee from another dealership. We were blown away at his resourcefulness and commitment to getting us that car as quickly as possible! So yes, this is a lengthy review, but it offers you a glimpse of the GOLD STAR ? SERVICE we received from this dealership. Shout out the Parts and Service departments for the behind the scenes Rack Attack purchase and installation and to Jason, who without hesitation, stepped up to to drive our car home ? The true test of a Dealership is when it's complicated and difficult; they either rise up or duck and cover. We're happy to say they rose up and exceeded our expectations.
