★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent to have this in town; the products are phenomenal. Natural products that are good for us paired with making a difference for our planet are a win-win. Stripping powder is one of my favourites, and I was amazed at how my hair felt after trying the hair line up. We are switching our whole house over!

Purchased the all purpose cleaner tablet and glass spray bottle. When I got home couldn't wait to try it. Was extremely happy with the results. The first product to get soap scum off easily on my glass shower doors. And no overpowering smell of chemicals, I was even able to stay in shower while cleaning it
The fabric refresher for carpets, fabrics etc is also really nice, no harmful products and overwhelming scents just pleasant refreshing scent.
I will definitely be back and look forward to trying more products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad a store that Roots has been opened in Medicine Hat. I have tried a lot of things in the store but my favourite, hands down is the fabric softener. I’ve never used fabric softener but compared to dryer sheets the Pure fabric softener is SO delicious! I use the lavender scent but there are other options. I cannot get over how soft my clothes feel, it’s like nothing I’ve ever felt with any dryer sheet, and my clothes smell like lavender without the harsh and toxic chemicals that come with big brand detergents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were greeted at the door and offered a tour of the store, by the owner. This is a very well kept retail outlet, clean and fragrant, but not overwhelming.
The selection of reusable, sustainably sourced products truly make this a unique experience in medicine hat. I was absolutely blown away at the knowledge the owner has of all their products, and the companies that provide them.
I'm very happy and excited to return in the future to refill my containers. Thanks Crystal for the amazing experience!

If you have never been there before, they will take the time to walk you through the whole store. They are so friendly and knowledgeable.
Bring your own clean empty containers to fill up. They do have a small supply of donated ones or you can put a small deposit down on one they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard about Roots Refillery on the radio and I couldn’t wait to stop by and check it out. I was so excited to hear that a shop like this opened up here. I was so amazed by the selection of items they have, pretty much everything I use in my daily life. I cannot wait to eventually switch all over to eco-friendly products. I was also very happy to hear that everything in the store was made in Canada. We were greeted when we came in and offered a tour and she was so helpful and informative about all the products. Great environment overall, I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything but I could not resist. Great prices too. I cannot wait to go back, definitely going to be a favourite for me.
