★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Isted has been the family dentist for years. We definitely trust that he will never do anything that is not actually necessary.
Recently I had some trouble with my teeth. One of the hygienists spent 30 minutes with me and they waived the fee.
So trustworthy & professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have extreme anxiety at the dentist and haven't been in a while. I walked in feeling super nervous but was immediately greeted by the super friendly staff. Everyone was so amazing and gentle. Best cleaning and check up I've ever had. Everyone and everything was beyond. If you get anxious at the dentist this is the place for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who has been terrified of dentists because of horrible experiences, this place is amazing! They ask you about anxieties on your intake form, and work with you for where you're at for what needs to be done. Dr. Fletcher, Heather and Leslie were amazing - never upselling me for anything I don't need, and providing enough education for me to make my own choices. I especially appreciated the amount of control they gave me over getting a filling done - including giving me the vacuum suctioning tube thing to control at my leisure, giving me extra time to let the freezing kick in, working with me to make sure the dose of freezing was enough but not too much, etc. They were even able to schedule my husband and I at the same time so we could go together and get it all done at once. Everyone is very kind, understanding and welcoming. I'm so glad I FINALLY have a family dentist! Thank you staff at Heritage Dental Centre! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont go to this clinic! They dont sanitize surfaces of the clinic(no chairs, no desks), even don't use an aprons for x-rays!Its radiation guys! How knows how they sanitizing instruments if they don't do properly first 2 steps? Horrible clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a life saver! I had a painful tooth that Dr.Pooja Thumar and her team removed very gently and skillfully. They were deft even. Thank goodness! I was afraid of other dentists in this horsey town....thanks again. Highly recommended.
