★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented machines/equipment from different places in the past and wanted to take a second to share my experience with the ppl at the Barlow and memorial drive location and the pegain trail location. These people really step it up on customer service. I personally will go through Herc rentals from now on. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable people. I also wanted to mention Megan Messervey.., what an amazing sales rep. Megan took the time customize our deal so that it would work for my situation. A lot of companies/buisnesses out there don't care.., they want your money and that's it. That's not the case here... thank you very much for everything Megan! I will recommend Herc Rentals to everyone and you will get my buisness any time I'm in need in the future.!!
