★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually good. All I ordered was an iced coffee with no ice in a large cup and an ice cream in a cup. The only got the coffee right. No ice cream, so had to wait for that. Nothing against people who's first language is not English, mine wasn't either, but it's hard to understand them sometimes and sometimes they don't understand what I'm saying. Maybe it would be better to order at the first window rather than through their audio system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I refuse to go to this McDonald’s ever again. They mess up the orders about 90% of the time, take forever, and just generally could not care less. I’ve seen better communication from a group of toddlers. The quality here definitely degraded over time, not sure what happened. Go to literally any other fast food place you can imagine or even another McDonalds before going here, you will be glad you did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Making orders wrong over and over almost every time. I always and only get egg BLT bagel. Only this week alone this is the third time they give me my order wrong and incomplete.sometime no egg sometimes no bacon sometimes no lettuce... In the past month I can say this is the 5th time. That shows no supervision and lack of management. If It happened to me alone this many times in a month, imagine how many wrong orders goes out of those windows...

Don't understand why people order skip when you can't even even make it to a table in the restaurant before the food is cold or barely warm at best. Sorry but McDonald's isn't what it was when I worked there 30 years ago. Same food just poorer quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long wait times drive though and dine in. Waited 15+ min for an order only for it to be incorrect and cold, and I didn’t feel like waiting in the line again. But did watch them clear the board for me and others waiting for our orders before anyone received the orders. I asked and it was a quick and dismissive response. Only good thing there was the coke.
Fries were uncooked. Burgers where rock solid and rubbery. I know it’s fast food but there’s a limit.
I believe in an error but after a few trips to this location and constantly getting hit by long waits, and food that is never worth it. I am just done with this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never go to this McDonald's again. Staff was incredibly rude. And when you order something with no onions it is expected to NOT get onions. You don't get to just wipe them off and serve. Absolutely disgusting service.
