M	Monika Johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked this location previously. I am a regular and go there at least once per week. Great staff, excellent service and fresh buns and toppings. However, today while I was in line, two different people came in without masks. One even coughed once. Even though the City of Calgary requires masks to get service, they served them without so much as a mention of the requirement for masks. Sorry, but nearly 1000 people contracted Covid today in Alberta and 20 died. If you continue to put profits over safety then you are part of the problem. You lost a long-term client today.

I had to ask him not to toast it twice. Then when it came to veggies it was good and then sloped the sauces on I feel like it was a test on how fast he could make a sandwich. Then almost forgot the protein!!! I had to ask him not to forget it then he slopped that onto the sub. The other sub the bread is pretty stale and wow it looked like a child made the sub. I got home had to basically remake the sandwich and it fell apart in the wrapper as it wasn't wrapped properly and wow never never never again will I go there!! This is. Horrible. It's taste so horrible I ended up ordering off skip the dishes from the subway on 17th ave that's how horrible it was. What a waste of money!!

Today I went in and the gentlemen behind the counter squishes the fresh bread and then processed to remove the inside of the bread leaving only the crust. When I asked what he was doing he informed me that this is the way to make a sub so that it lays flat. I asked him for a new sub and will never go back to this Subway again.

Michelle took the time to remember my order, is always so nice and even takes the time to apply the sauce in a way that mixes with the ingredients rather than spilling out. I hope this establishment will recognize her hard work as she is guaranteed earning them business! There are 2 other subways in close proximity but this is the best one hands down

A	Ashley M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought our 5 subs (2 of the 6" subs and 3 footlongs-cold cuts) from here and the veggies are rotten and old, the meat is old and expired and tastes very gross. Had to throw out half our meal. Quality control needs to visit this location. Not happy ?
