★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice family park with a big toy, swings, 2 basketball courts, soccer field and a splash pad. City Parks and Recreation keep the grass cut and just recently planted about 20 new trees around the park and along Lake Ave. The reason for low star rating is we have some homeless people in tents in the park. They use foul language while kids are present at the splash pad, they are also cooking and deficating in the trees. City bylaw was contacted 2 weeks ago but nothing has been done.
