Eric (Sales) is extremely knowledgeable and honest, He has the customers best interest in mind, I have gone in there thinking I need to purchase an item and have consulted with him then leave with a less expensive item that does the job I need it to do.
Drew truly cares about the customer, even if I am just a very small account for him, he very personable and makes me feel like family, he has been very accommodating in getting my equipment back to me in a timely manner evening in their busiest season.
They only charge you for service and parts that you actually need, Heming has my full trust.
Heming is my Toro and Stihl dealer, if they aren't your dealer yet, then you're missing out.

This will be the place I shop from now. Thanks from someone who has been in customer service and management for over 30 years.

One of my snowblower went down at the beginning of this season and they had it turned around and operating in less than 24 hours. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone in need of service, parts, or even just advice!
