K	Kathleen Willis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not sign up! Orangetheory is a great workout but the Peterborough location does not care about the well being of their clients. Once they have your credit card information they will continue to charge you without your approval. It took me over 6 months to cancel my account..and no I never got refunded! There are all these little catches that are never explained to you properly (ie. freezing fees, cancellation fees, etc.). When contacting the studio regarding cancelling my account, I was told something different each time which was extremely frustrating. Before this experience I had referred two family members to OT and I regret it! One of them pre paid for 2 months of unlimited classes (over $250) and became injured in the first month and they did not compensate or offer anything in return for him even though he was physically unable to attend anymore classes. The other is a student who is wanting to cancel her membership due to a change in schedule and financial reasons and after calling multiple times prior to her next payment they have charged her again full price for access to virtual classes. Terrible service and communication at this studio. Not worth your money or getting sucked into their system. It is really sad that they are promoting healthy living and wellbeing and they are doing the exact opposite....they DO NOT care about you they only care about your money!

Before joining orangetheory I did not have the motivation to go to the gym regularly. But at orangetheory the staff and coaches keep me accountable and motivated to meet my fitness goals. The environment is welcoming to all fitness levels and workouts are challenging for all. Best Gym in Peterborough!

I loved the energy they brought and personally I love the group setting Everyone is routing for each other and that really motivates me. I signed up after the first class! It's awesome

I started Orange theory to lose a few pounds...but within a month I started to notice muscle tone, and suddenly, I didn't care what I weighed! I just wanted to get stronger! I've been going 4 months now, and feel amazing. The coaches are all so fun and kind and motivating and everyone there really seems to exemplify positivity and gratitude for the opportunity to better our health and fitness.
