★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over-the-top, go-the-distance, above and beyond amazing customer service—every single time. Knowledgeable, courteous, and happy to dive in to my dog's story. They ask how he's doing because they actually remember him even though there must be thousands of pet owners in there every day. They really know their stuff when it comes to dog food, treats, and toys. Owner and staff are the friendliest people. Product quality is premium across the board. I always walk out of there 100% glad I walked in (or picked up curbside)!

The two staff members working spent their time taking care of our sore and sedated girl; trying on various harnesses until we found the perfect fit - and if a 70lb Doberman likes you, then we like you. Super service, great selection and no complaint about the prices. Highly recommend!
