★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chocolate roasted pecan fat bombs and the pita chips are simply amazing. Finally a spicy lime & garlic keto chip to dip without the guilt. It was definitely worth the trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why this place has so many 5 star reviews. I tried the spicy Jamaican beef pie which was the worst pie I’ve ever had in my life. An overwhelming amount of grease dripped out as it cooked. There was a pool of grease beneath it. The cooking instructions were incorrect. The pie crust was dry, tasteless and inedible.
The beef, sigh. Not spicy at all. It’s actually an insult to even call it a Jamaican beef pie because it had no flavour. Not even a hint of all spice.
I had to drench the filling with hot sauce to make it palatable enough to eat so I wouldn’t completely waste 35$.
I will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in (after finding this place accidentally online) today and greeted with the most friendly customer service ever! Just had the chicken pot pie! I can never eat chicken pot pie bc it makes my belly hurt but this one makes me so happy! Can't wait to try other products! What a silver lining in my day :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dismal experience. I purchased the spicy Jamaican pie. While the pie crust was the only positive experience, I have nothing else to say constructively. The meat mixture had two major failures. First and foremost, it was disgustingly greasy. So greasy I barely managed to eat a complete slice after an intermittent fast. Second, the only flavour was of turmeric. No all spice, no scotch bonnet pepper. Just an overwhelming amount of turmeric.
Adding to my disappointment, I wrote to the company about my experience and have not heard back from them.
To be fair, I may try their dessert products in the future but I will stay away from their savory line if I decide to give them another chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store yesterday, was met by just the sweetest man. The cookies are heavenly and the cupcakes are delicious. I love the bagels, soup and pita chips. Saves so much time baking all of these things. I can't rave enough about this place. I am in love. Will be back soon! All of the ingredients are quality and the customer service was an absolute joy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my new favourite keto shop! It's great that there's mini tarts and small pie/cake slices (they have whole large portions too) so you can try a variety without breaking the bank. Sometimes with small keto desserts there's a crust to filling ratio issue, with waaay too much bland crust, but not here -- there's plenty of filling to really taste each tart's flavour.
The only thing I didn't like was the brittle. (Didn't take a photo.) Too much of an erythritol cooling aftertaste and overly sweet. But at this price point, I'm not even upset. Will definitely be visiting again and again.
