I wish I'd known about M&C Power and Sport before buying a lawnmower from Heming. The lawnmower hadn't even been used a dozen times, took 3-4 pulls to start it and it'd quit after 20 minutes. Due to only owning a car I asked a friend with a truck to take it to Heming for repair. Once home, it took 3 pulls to start it and it quit after 20 minutes again, no different to what it was before taking it to get fixed. Called and talked to Mrs. Heming, told me to bring it back. No, I'm not bothering my friend to take it back when it should of been fixed in the first place. I was told by a friend about M&C Power and Sport, I called and they picked up the lawnmower, fixed it and delivered it back. One pull to start it and runs like new, thank you to M&C Power and Sport. Due to needing a gas weed wacker buying it from M&C Power and Sport was the #1 choice because they know how to fix a lawnmower that came from a Master Service Dealer who didn't know how to fix it or took the time to fix it. Purchased a gas weed wacker, a gas n go kit, headphones for noise reduction, excellent price, a huge thank you to Corey at M&C Power and Sport where quality comes first.

Bought a coil for a Brigss. When I got it home it did not fit. Took it back and the guy at the counter took a piece of paper out of the bottom of the box and said I need to do a modification to make it fit as it was replaced with the older part. Did the mod and tractor works great....Thanks guys! FYI always look in the box for hidden instructions ;)

Took my lawn tractor here a week ago to fix an electrical problem ( May 2020 ). Despite it being a busy time of year, it was ready in half the time they said it would probably take. I asked for a spring tune up as well and it looked brand new when I picked it up today ( power washed ) Cut my lawn today and it runs great ! Thanks guys for the fast friendly service ! There is a very RUDE employee that works there. I think he may be one of the technicians, and he has been there a long time from the days when their store was on Lansdowne Street. Today, (20Jan 2020) I went there to purchase an auger drive belt for my snow blower. I found the usual entrance door locked and walked around to the back where I entered the workshop area. There was no one there. Two employees walked in on me and I said, "I think I took a wrong turn". Apparently they now have the service area in the building next door. There was a small sign on the old entrance advising you to go to the front entrance next door. I missed it I admit. When I was confronted this older employee said in a very condescending way, " Can you not read the Big white sign on the door? He was quite rude and I told him so. Not a good way to talk to a customer. I had another bad interaction with this same employee many years ago, which I let go at the time. But because of what took place today, I think it shows a pattern of him being rude to customers, (or me anyways). It was 13July 2010 when I had my tractor serviced to replace a traction drive belt, (Sale# 5536). While paying my bill, I politely asked how everything else looked on my tractor, (expecting something like, it's in good shape for an 11 year old tractor), and this same employee snapped, "You didn't ask me to check over your entire tractor, just to replace the drive belt". I thought at the time that it was quite an unnecessary way to talk to me, it was an embarrassing moment and my buddy that was with me shook his head in disbelief and walked out of the store. I felt that I had to comment on this today as it was two very negative interactions that I had with this same employee. I don't know his name, but I'm sure they know who he is. I will never return to this place.

I just bought a replacement chute cable from here for my craftsman snowblower. Not only Excellent service, and the part was in stock, but it was clearly high quality! A similar one on Amazon was actually 10 bucks more, and this replacement cable even came with parts the cheaper versions do not! Plus... support locally owned businesses! So glad this all worked out, and receptionist took the time to look up and confirm the part quickly to get me running again!

MC Power did some work on my Snapper rear engine mower. The repair was done but there was an unforeseen issue with one of the safety switches after I brought it home. Mark came by and picked it up himself and returned it after everything was made good without any additional charge. It is good to see a business stand behind their work.

I have had my lawn mower and snowblower serviced here for many years, and have always been very satisfied with the service and pricing. I purchased my current mower, a Snapper, there about 10 years ago. It is the best mower I've had in over 40 years.
