★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually lovely place for your special gathering. Currently I attend Stone House Hall/Peterborough Curling Club to care for my community garden plot. It's a beautiful secluded, well maintained, wonderfully staffed community garden location. I have however, attended a friend's wedding at the banquet hall section of this massive building. I had to leave just prior to meal was introduced to guests. I did see it set up prior to leaving and it looked scrumptious. Hall looked wonderful and ceremony outside along side of building was breathtaking. I don't curl, so I can not comment on that, lol. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many wedding receptions, Jack and Jill's etc...are hosted here. It's a lovely space, and big enough for a couple hundred guests. 2 full bars are a nice touch, but never actually attended a curling game here lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We held a baby shower in the upper room of this hall. The service and food were excellent. The only downside is there are no windows in the room and it was a beautiful sunny day. Some natural light would really brighten up the atmosphere and improve the overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful wedding venue and decor. Food was sub par. Veggies were soggy, meat was tough, the mashed potatoes were the best. Desserts were store bought. Nice staff and waiters. Would have been nice to have at least been served coffee and tea but was self serve at the other end of the hall.
