Dr. Rayat seems to be a good doctor but many times I felt like he is rushing to take another patient. And it feels like he should have given more time to understand the problem of the patient and make them feel comfortable. If he could improve in giving more time and dealing with patience he can be the great doctor.

Wait time is ridiculous, too slow. They have signs saying appointments are priority, so why allow walk ins? Clinic is nice but what good is that when you need care?

My first visit to this clinic and I was very impressed with how thorough they were. The hygienist explained details about dental care no one had ever bothered to before. Great team of practitioners there!

I recently came to get a consult for braces and the dentists and oral hygienist were kind but the receptionist lady was very mean and disrespectful. she was not knowledgeable about whether or not insurance can help me and when i got the follow up call she said she had called me about insurance and was giving me attitude for not receiving it. then due to personal health circumstance i could not make it to my appointment very last minute (i was planning on going if I could) she gave me attitude and was very disrespectful towards me. She also mentioned a procedure that was not mentioned in my last visit, I thought this was a different consult for the surgeon for my jaw (could not get braces) but then she gave me even more attitude for not knowing and yelled at me. I almost got charged for a procedure that I was unaware of and unaware if my insurance covered it.

I don’t write reviews often but this one deserves it. I have been treated by Dr. Rayat for 3 years now and he is truly the best doctor I have ever met. Dr. Rayat listens to his patients, he is compassionate and very knowledgeable. He is solution focused and is determined to find the right treatment for whatever issue you may be experiencing. Dr. Rayat will complete referrals, work/education forms and other requested documentation in a timely manner. I am very grateful to have Dr. Rayat as my family doctor, I have only had great experiences. Every visit whether it’s over the phone or in person, is productive and extremely helpful. It is nice to finally have a doctor that cares and that I feel heard by. You’re not just another patient to Dr. Rayat, he genuinely cares about you. I would highly recommend him to anyone. It doesn’t get better than him. 10/10 I would also like to give recognition to the receptionist Juliana, she is very kind and welcoming. She follows up with calls/emails in a timely manner and is easy to communicate with. Thank you for everything Dr. Rayat and Juliana!

ALMEIDA family testimonial We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for the ongoing support and exceptional dedication received by Dr. Khan and his Heartland dental team in looking after our family’s dental care needs . Our paths crossed well over a decade ago when I , in the midst of my frustration, had to deal with the ongoing professional advice given to me ( from other dental practises ) that I could not entertain the thought of correcting my crowded teeth and overbite without avoiding major surgery . I was given no option. That is , until I met Dr. Khan - whom without a moments hesitation during my initial consultation was able to consider a viable alternative and assure me that it could be done . Fast forward to the present day – and Dr. Kahn has not changed - he’s still at it - still pushing the limits of modern day dentistry – thinking outside the box - in his sincere attempt to best serve his patients . He’s done it again with our youngest son ; whom faced with the same hereditary challenges , was looking head on with major surgery in order correct his dental / overbite situation. But Dr. Khan reaching Into his bag of highly skilled options , was able to have our son avoid any surgical procedure as well. Experiences such as these , amongst others, lead us to gladly recommend Dr. Khan’s practice to anyone who is not willing to settle for ‘simply average’ dental care . Went to see the doctor, had a bit of wheezing, maybe from allergies I'm not sure. The girl at the front desk was sweet, gave us a form to fill out as it was our first time there. I sneezed, and maybe the doctor heard and told the young receptionist to cancel our appointment, was very disappointed as what are doctors for, if anyone wants to see this doctor make sure your not sick or show any symptoms of covid even if you tested negative.

I was a patient of Dr. Khan for over 15 years, he is one-of kind exceptional dentist with amazing technique and knowledge you won’t find anywhere else. He keeps saving my life. Last week I had my front crown came off with the inside pole broken due to an accident, I would have needed an implant according to other dentists. Dr. Khan was kind to consult with me for this issue even though he is retired, he had carefully diagnosed and assessed the condition and explained me what can be done and what would take for the process. As the result he miraculously restored my crown and pole all back together. This was not the first time he saved my tooth and I can’t stop admiring his insight and workman ship he dedicates for his patients. He and his team are well-trained and organized, focused, and responsible to take a challenge for the best result. I have tried other places since I moved a bit far away from his clinics, but that was wrong. Make a huge difference you have someone confident and trustworthy not only for your regular check ups & cleanings but also for an emergency.
